Get Your Employee Retention Tax Credits (ERC) - Don't Delay!

3 March 2023

Employee Retention Tax Credits (up to $26k per employee!) are still available

The Employee Retention Credit (ERC) is still available, though nobody knows for how much longer. You could receive up to $26k per employee who was on payroll in 2020-2021. Here are some facts:
  1. Current wait times ONCE FILED is approximately 12-14 weeks but this has been increasing the further behind the IRS has fallen.
  2. Costs: I have seen prices ranging from 15-25% of credit amount regardless of industry specialty. The ERC specialist I work with is on the lower end, charging just 15%.
  3. You must amend and submit your 2020 and/or 2021 tax returns to account for the credit back to you.
  4. If you have been told by a CPA or non-industry focused ERC "expert" that you do not qualify because you managed to grow your company during the COVID lockdowns, GET A SECOND OPINION! As usual, the Trades are caught in the crossfire of regulations... and for once, it works in your favor. You may have heard you don't qualify because your business grew during lockdowns, but all residential service providers should have grown while people were stuck inside their homes, using their systems more than normal. Instead, look at it this way: because of manufacturing and distribution breakdowns, you were limited in options presented to customers, and your growth would have been even greater if you had adequate supply chain access.
Want to meet MY ERC Guy and see if you qualify? Fill out this linked web form and we will make the introductions. Feel free to reach out to us at The Big Picture Consulting with any questions... BUT ACT NOW!
