It All Starts with a Retainer Account
A Retainer account gets you access to everything you need, for a small monthly cost. You’ll get our foundational HR & Safety compliance services, plus the opportunity for proactive management training or even hands-on HR administration. And best of all, we stay on-call as part of your HR team for whenever you have questions. We don't nickel-and-dime you for services or consultations, it's all included.
The one-time setup fee for a Retainer account is $1,500, which includes an Employee Life Cycle consultation to identify any vulnerabilities, creation of a personalized employee handbook and safety manual, and implementation of an OSHA-compliant safety training program. There is no long-term contract or commitment when you sign up.

Foundation: $250/Month
Put BPC experts on speed dial to help you manage your company’s basic HR and compliance needs. You get a personalized employee handbook, HR documents, company safety manual, OSHA-required safety program, expert tips, and management training sessions. You get unlimited on-call access to our unbiased HR pros at a set price.
This is where to start to ensure your business foundation is set.
You can add on our compensation plan management services for an in-depth review and/or overhaul of your pay plan, or to implement and manage a unique BPC-exclusive compensation plan!
Executive: $1,500/Month
Invite BPC to become a true part of your HR and management team! You get all the benefits of a Foundation account, plus hands-on facilitation of HR tasks including pre-hire screening, onboarding, electronic document management, even optional payroll processing.
Our unique expertise will cost you a lot less than hiring in-house HR help!
Executive Retainer Notes:

*Requires an HRIS account with either BambooHR or APS Workforce Management, which we will help you implement and maintain.
